Onsite & Online career development and programs Flexibility - Range of shifts available to suit your lifestyle Award-winning culture programs Be a hero! - be part of a rewarding not-for-profit organisation What you will do The Personal Care Worker is responsible for ensuring: Personal care is provided in accordance with each resident's needs and preferences such as personal hygiene, continence care, mobility, eating & drinking etc. Clinical Care such as medication support, basic dressings, and wound care, measuring vital signs etc Social and recreational support such as assisting residents' family and visitors, and assisting residents attending activities. Domestic services such as cleaning and serving meals, Assessment and care planning such as completing care documentation, including progress notes and daily charts Who are you and what will you bring? Minimum Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent (or enrolled in same) Experience in providing daily care and activities to clients Experience in working in an Aged Care setting Currently hold and maintain an NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain) Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to care Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills Interested?
